What will set the best businesses apart in 2027?
BOOM Inner Circle is a private dining experience for founders, CEOs, Managing Directors and senior leaders who value serious conversations, trusted relationships and being around the right people.
This October, as 2026 moves into its final quarter, we return to Smith & Wollensky, London, for an evening built around one question:
What will set the best businesses apart in 2027?
Not the busiest businesses.
Not necessarily the biggest.
The best.
The businesses that become more trusted, more referred, more visible to the right people and better positioned for the opportunities ahead.
Because in business, success is rarely shaped by activity alone.
It is shaped by reputation, timing, decisions, relationships, and the conversations you are close enough to be part of.
This Month’s Theme
The Separation Point
Most leaders will enter 2027 with plans, targets and forecasts.
This dinner asks a sharper question:
What creates separation?
Why do some businesses become the obvious choice?
Why do some leaders hear about opportunities before they reach the wider market?
Why do some companies generate warmer referrals, stronger partnerships and better introductions?
And why do some rooms create momentum that cold outreach, content and paid ads simply cannot replicate?
At this Inner Circle dinner, we’ll explore the commercial advantage of proximity, trust, reputation, clarity and consistency.
This is not a planning session.
It is not coaching.
It is not a mastermind.
It is a private dinner for established leaders who understand that the people around you can change what becomes possible.
Visibility gets you seen. Proximity gets you chosen.
Who Will Be In The Room
Every Inner Circle dinner is intentionally curated.
Around the table you’ll typically find founders, CEOs, managing directors and senior leaders running established businesses across a range of sectors.
Some are scaling.
Some have exited.
Some are building leadership teams.
Some are positioning for a stronger 2027.
All are there for the same reason: to be part of a better business conversation with people worth knowing.
No pitching.
No forced networking.
No room full of people trying to sell at each other.
Just a smaller, more selective environment where trust can build, conversations can go further, and relationships have space to compound.
Because one dinner can start a conversation.
Consistency is where the advantage builds.
Hosted by Paul Bulloch & Gary Dawes
The evening is curated and hosted by Paul Bulloch and Gary Dawes, co-creators of BOOM.
Their role is to shape the room well, guide the conversation intelligently and ensure the evening remains valuable, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable.
Because the quality of an evening like this is not just the venue or the food.
It is who sits around the table, what gets discussed and how the room is held.
