Gary Dawes
Gary is a leader with 40+ years’ experience across sports performance, sales, partnerships and human behaviour.
From pioneering spectacle-lens production in Malta to senior leadership roles in the UK motor trade, Gary blends commercial experience with deep insight into people and performance.
As a Master Practitioner in NLP, he has coached elite athletes, entrepreneurs and high-performing teams.
At Concept Vehicle Leasing (2021–2025), Gary drove commercial growth and built strong partner relationships. At BOOM, he brings energy, empathy, behavioural clarity and a passion for helping leaders grow with confidence.
Paul Bulloch
Paul is an entrepreneur and connector with 25+ years of SME leadership, growth and strategy experience.
As CEO of Concept Vehicle Leasing, he built and scaled the business into one of the UK’s most trusted leasing broker brands before successfully selling to Rivervale in 2025. – Article Here.
Paul co-founded BOOM to create a modern ecosystem where SME leaders gain clarity, build community, and grow without the chaotic “solo founder struggle.”
He brings sharp commercial intelligence across pricing, operations, sales, marketing and strategic decision-making – always rooted in real-world experience, not theory.
