BOOM Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
“BOOM” refers to Boom Alliance Ltd and any associated trading entity, trading style or affiliated brand.
“Member” refers to any individual or organisation holding a BOOM membership.
“Membership” refers to participation in any BOOM membership tier, programme or community offering, including Networking, Connect, Solopreneur, Club, Inner Circle, Academy, events, workshops and retreats.
“Legacy Membership” refers to BOOM memberships issued prior to the introduction of the Connect, Solopreneur, Club and Inner Circle structure in January 2026, including (but not limited to) Foundation, Club (2025) and Ambassador memberships.
“The BOOM Room” refers to BOOM’s online member platform and community spaces.
“Signature Events” refers to BOOM Summer Soirée, Christmas Lunch and any designated premium BOOM event.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2. Membership Structure & Eligibility
2.1 Individual Memberships
Connect and Solopreneur memberships are individual memberships for one named member only and may not be shared or transferred between individuals.
2.2 Company Memberships
Club and Inner Circle memberships are business memberships and may be used flexibly across the Member’s business, leadership team or employees, subject to fair use.
2.3 Inner Circle
Inner Circle membership is subject to approval and ongoing suitability.
BOOM reserves the right to refuse, suspend or revoke Inner Circle access where participation is deemed inconsistent with the intended nature, quality or culture of the group.
3. Membership Terms
3.1 Current Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships introduced or renewed after the introduction of these Terms on 11th May 2026 operate on a rolling monthly basis and continue until cancelled.
A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel a monthly membership.
Monthly memberships remain active until the end of the applicable billing cycle following the expiry of the notice period.
3.2 Existing Current-Tier Members
Members who joined current BOOM membership tiers prior to the introduction of updated cancellation terms may continue under the cancellation arrangements in place at the time of joining unless they:
• upgrade or downgrade membership
• renew or restart membership
• move to a different membership tier
At that point, the current Terms & Conditions in force shall apply.
3.3 Annual Memberships
Annual memberships are paid in full upfront and run for a fixed twelve (12) month term.
Annual memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are provided in line with the Member’s active membership tier as described on the BOOM website at the time of joining or renewal.
BOOM may reasonably vary venues, formats, speakers, benefits, event schedules or services where operational, commercial or force majeure circumstances require.
4.1 Guest Access & Fair Use
Guest places, additional attendance flexibility and company-wide access are provided on a fair-use basis.
BOOM reserves the right to limit or restrict usage where attendance patterns are deemed excessive or inconsistent with the intended nature of the membership.
4.2 Signature Events
Complimentary places for Signature Events are subject to availability and any qualifying conditions stated at the time of booking.
Complimentary places hold no cash value and may not be transferred unless expressly agreed by BOOM.
5. Events & Bookings
BOOM events may include networking events, private dining experiences, workshops, retreats, online sessions and other member experiences.
Event venues, timings, speakers and formats may change where reasonably necessary.
BOOM reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees where behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive or inconsistent with the BOOM community.
Members are responsible for notifying BOOM of any dietary requirements, accessibility needs or special requirements in advance where applicable.
6. BOOM Academy
BOOM Academy provides leadership development, workshops, learning experiences and educational content.
Participation in BOOM Academy does not guarantee business, financial or personal outcomes.
All Academy materials, frameworks and content remain the intellectual property of BOOM and/or its licensors.
Members and delegates may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Academy content without prior written permission.
7. The BOOM Room (Online Community)
Access to The BOOM Room is provided as part of selected memberships.
Members agree to engage respectfully and professionally within the platform.
BOOM reserves the right to remove content, suspend access or terminate participation where conduct is considered inappropriate or harmful to the community.
8. Member Conduct
BOOM is a curated business community built around professional relationships and respectful engagement.
Members agree to act professionally at all BOOM events, experiences and online interactions.
Aggressive selling, excessive solicitation, harassment, discrimination or behaviour detrimental to the BOOM experience is not permitted.
BOOM reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where conduct is considered harmful to the community, brand or member experience.
9. Confidentiality & Community Standards
Members agree to treat non-public discussions, information and conversations shared within BOOM as confidential.
Inner Circle discussions may additionally operate under the Chatham House Rule where stated.
Confidential information may only be disclosed where required by law or with prior written consent.
These obligations continue after termination of membership.
10. Intellectual Property
All BOOM branding, frameworks, materials, content, recordings, event formats and intellectual property remain the property of BOOM or its licensors.
Members may not reproduce, distribute or use BOOM intellectual property for competing or commercial purposes without prior written consent.
11. Payments & Renewals
Membership fees are payable in advance via Debit Card, Credit Card or Direct Debit using a continuous payment authority.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
BOOM reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 5% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.
Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Annual memberships may renew automatically where agreed at the point of purchase.
12. Cancellations & Termination
12.1 By the Member
Monthly memberships may be cancelled in accordance with the applicable notice period relating to the Member’s membership type and joining date.
Where applicable, memberships remain active until the end of the relevant billing cycle following the expiry of the notice period.
Annual memberships remain active for the full fixed term and are non-refundable.
12.2 By BOOM
BOOM may suspend or terminate membership immediately where a Member:
• engages in fraud, dishonesty or misconduct
• materially breaches these Terms
• acts in a way that damages the BOOM community, culture or reputation
• repeatedly behaves in a manner inconsistent with the intended nature of the membership
Termination does not affect accrued rights or outstanding fees.
13. Legacy Memberships
Members holding Legacy Memberships remain subject to the membership terms, notice periods and minimum commitment periods in place at the time of joining unless they actively switch to a current membership tier.
This includes, where applicable:
• minimum three (3) month rolling membership terms
• minimum three (3) month notice periods for cancellation
• fixed annual membership commitments
BOOM reserves the right to discontinue legacy membership structures upon reasonable notice and offer transition to the nearest equivalent current membership.
14. Photography & Media
BOOM may photograph, film or record events for promotional, marketing and community purposes.
By attending BOOM events, Members consent to the use of such content unless they notify BOOM otherwise in advance.
15. Limitation of Liability
BOOM shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from membership participation, including loss of business, profit, opportunity or reputation.
Members attend events and participate in activities at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, venue closures, government restrictions or supplier failures.
Where such events materially prevent delivery of services, BOOM may reasonably amend, postpone or substitute services without liability.
17. Data Protection
BOOM processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal data is used solely for administration, communication and service delivery purposes.

18. Variations to Terms
BOOM may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated Terms take effect 30 days after publication on the BOOM website or written notice to Members.
Continued membership after this period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
