BOOM Inner Circle is a smaller, curated dining experience for founders, CEOs and senior leaders who value stronger conversations and better relationships with the right people around the table.
On Thursday 18th June, we’re bringing together a carefully selected group of business leaders at Smith & Wollensky, London, for an evening of private dining and a fireside conversation with special guest Gary Goldsmith. The evening is designed for leaders building established businesses, typically at £1m+ revenue or equivalent level of scale and responsibility.
Expect thoughtful conversation, experienced perspectives and a room full of ambitious people who understand the realities of growth, leadership and decision-making.

Special Guest: Gary Goldsmith
Gary Goldsmith’s “glorious” tennis career ended early; mainly due to what he calls “a lack of talent and a desire to actually earn money.”
British tennis’s loss became the staffing sector’s gain.
He was fired from his very first sales job but by age 23 was running three regions, managing 30 people and carrying a personal book of more than 30 contractors.
He later sharpened his skills in search and enterprise environments before becoming the principal and leader of Contracts at Computer Futures. He helped drive SThree’s multi-office rollout and international expansion, sat on the Executive Committee, and was part of both the Barclays Private Equity transaction and the subsequent IPO.
He was part of the founding team behind what became one of the fastest-growing staffing businesses in the world, widely regarded as one of the defining businesses of modern recruitment.
Today, Gary is an award-winning business coach, mentor and NED, with more than 10,000 hours of advisory work and over 100 client success stories.
He is also the Co-Founder of RDLC Pirates and creator of The Mentalist Entrepreneur philosophy, focused on deliberately different thinking, disruption, leadership and scalable growth.
