On Thursday 23 April, we’re bringing together a carefully selected group of leaders for an evening of intelligent conversation, fine dining and meaningful connection at Vintry & Mercer, one of the City of London’s most elegant boutique hotels.

The evening is curated and hosted by Paul Bulloch and Gary Dawes, founders of BOOM.
Between them they bring decades of experience working with business owners, leaders and growing companies across multiple sectors.
Their role is not to dominate the evening, but to shape the room well, guide the discussion intelligently and ensure the conversation stays valuable, relevant and enjoyable.
That matters.
Because the quality of any dinner like this is not just the venue or the food, it’s who is around the table, what gets discussed, and how the room is held.
The Experience
The evening takes place in the private dining room at Vintry & Mercer, close to Bank and St Paul’s, creating the right balance of elegance, intimacy and comfort.
Guests will enjoy a three-course private dining experience in a setting designed for proper conversation.

Menu choices include dishes such as burrata with heritage tomatoes, prawn cocktail, smoked Cornish chicken terrine, 21-day aged sirloin steak, Loch Duart salmon, spiced cauliflower steak, vanilla & caramel éclair, lemon & blueberry tart, and chocolate & hazelnut mousse. Please advise dietary requirements when booking.
